Research Training
Basic Research or ARIT Level I Training
It is a basic research training for youth to know about the basic concept of research and its process, interviewer roles and responsibilities. It is suitable for those beginners and limited experience in research. It is also targeted to those who would like to work as a interviewer field data collector in research services or NGOs., it is a 2-day training in week-end (Saturday and Sunday), led by the well experienced social researchers using multiple teaching and training method including PowerPoint slides, two-way discussion, group work, group presentation, quizzes, and hand-on exercises. Pre and post assessment included. The course is open monthly or two monthly basis. The scholar status opportunities for those talented or research-network trainees are available (limited seat per training).
Basic Research and Interviewer Training for Youth (BRITY) (States/Regions)
It is a main stream training of Thuta Nyana Company Ltd. This special training is especially aimed to those local youth in different States and Regions. The objective of the training is to develop basic research knowledge and skills.
It is 2-day training hold in local by the Directors and affiliated experts from different local research companies and agencies. The topics include what is research, research process, sampling methodology and interviewing techniques. It is a quarterly basis. The course will provide training complete certificate to the trainees at the end of the training. The training completed youth have an opportunity to work in any research team or project. All the training completed youth can enroll into the alumni group of BRITY, and keep on supporting them with research skills and career development.
